Partnership Tiers

Our partnership programme features three distinct tiers, designed to reflect a partner’s expertise, commitment, and track record. Advancement through these tiers is based on certifications, sales performance, and the number of successful client references.

Certified

The entry-level tier for certified partners. This level requires a sales certification and a proactive approach to customer acquisition.

Advanced

For partners who have demonstrated consistent delivery capabilities and grown their client base. This tier requires more extensive certification and multiple client references. In return, it offers enhanced commercial terms and direct access to Trivore’s technical support.

Premier

Our highest level of partnership. This tier requires full certification (Sales, Pre-sales, and Technical Implementation), an extensive portfolio of reference clients, and significant annual sales volume. Premier partners benefit from our most competitive commercial terms, a dedicated account manager, and exclusive access to the product development roadmap.

Certification: Ensuring Expertise

The Trivore Certification Programme covers three core areas: sales, maintenance, and technical implementation. Our technical paths combine theoretical knowledge with practical laboratory exercises, while the sales path focuses on real-world customer scenarios and strategic solution positioning.

The Certification Process

  • Intensive workshops: Each core area is delivered as a focused two-day workshop.
  • Hands-on lab model: Training is based on a practical lab approach, where participants work with live installations and configurations.
  • Verification of expertise: Skills are validated through a practical assessment at the end of the workshop.
  • Expert guidance: Trivore’s senior specialists provide mentorship throughout the entire process.

Individual experts who complete the programme are awarded the title of Trivore IAM Certified Professional. Once a partner organisation’s staff have obtained the required certifications, the company achieves Trivore Certified eIAM Partner status.
